Reporting objectionable content or abuse

Prayd has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can act immediately from inside the app:

• Report content: open any prayer or comment, tap the menu (•••), and choose Report.
• Block a user: from a prayer or comment menu, choose Block — their content disappears from your feed.
• Manage blocks: Settings → Blocked accounts.

We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing it and ejecting the offending user. You can also email hello.prayd@outlook.com to report anything.

Deleting your account or data

In the app (fastest): Settings → Account & data → Delete. Your account and all associated content are removed immediately. No email or extra steps required.

If you no longer have the app installed: email hello.prayd@outlook.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will delete the account and all associated data within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted: your profile, all prayer requests you posted, all comments you made, all "I prayed" records, your push notification token, your notification preferences, room memberships, and any rooms you created (including all content within them).

What is retained: nothing. There is no soft-delete or retention period — deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Notifications & location

Push notifications and location are optional and can be turned on or off at any time in Settings (and in your device's system settings). Your precise location is never shown to other users.

Age requirement

Prayd is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use the app.

FAQ

• Is Prayd free? Yes — always. Optional one-time gifts are entirely voluntary.
• Can I post anonymously? Yes, you can post prayer requests anonymously.
• I forgot my password. Use "Sign In" → reset, or email us and we'll help.
